Surveillance & Counter-Surveillance

KNOWING WHO IS WATCHING, AND WHY

Knowing who is watching you, and why, is key to protecting people and assets. We run lawful surveillance operations and teach clients to spot and counter hostile surveillance before it becomes a threat, with discretion at every stage.

What every assignment includes:

• A clear objective, agreed at the outset

• A lawful, proportionate approach

• Experienced and discreet operators

• A factual report you can act on

NDA available before any details are shared.

LAWFUL SURVEILLANCE

When you need facts rather than suspicion, we gather them. We plan static and mobile surveillance around a defined objective and within the law, and report what was actually observed, leaving decisions with you and your advisers.

Within the service:

• Lawful static and mobile surveillance

• Support for corporate and legal matters

• Identifying and monitoring potential threats

• Factual written reporting

COUNTER-SURVEILLANCE

Hostile interest usually shows itself before anything happens. Our teams check whether people and routes are being watched, by observing the observers. Where someone is watching, you find out early and with time to respond.

Within the service:

• Counter-surveillance checks on people and routes

• Support during travel and sensitive meetings

• Review of predictable routines

• Recommendations to reduce exposure

CHECKS FOR LISTENING DEVICES

Sensitive conversations deserve protection. We check offices, homes and vehicles for listening devices. If you suspect you are being overheard, please contact us from a phone outside your workplace, and do not discuss it on site.

Within the service:

• Checks of offices and meeting rooms

• Checks of homes and vehicles

• Discreet scheduling, in or out of hours

• Advice on protecting sensitive conversations

AWARENESS TRAINING

Alert people are hard to target. We teach staff, families and security teams what hostile surveillance looks like, what to do on noticing it and how to report it, without creating unnecessary alarm.

Within the service:

• Staff training in spotting surveillance

• Briefings for families and household staff

• Practical training for security teams

• Clear reporting procedures

THE SERVICE: HOW IT WORKS

Each assignment is scoped individually and carried out lawfully. What follows is a typical outline; final scope and budget are agreed in writing once we understand your concern and your objective.

What an assignment can include:

• Assessment: the concern, the objective and the legal context

• Surveillance: lawful static and mobile operations

• Counter-surveillance: checks on people and routes

• Technical checks: offices, homes and vehicles

• Threat monitoring: identifying and tracking potential threats

• Training: awareness for staff, families and security teams

• Reporting: clear, factual findings and recommendations

How an engagement begins:

• Step 1. A private conversation, under NDA

• Step 2. Agreement on objective and legal basis

• Step 3. A written plan with scope and budget

• Step 4. Discreet delivery, under one point of contact

• Step 5. Factual report and recommendations

To prepare a proposal, we ask for:

• What concerns you, and since when

• People, places and routes involved

• The outcome you need
