Secure Ground Transportation

SAFE MOVEMENT, DOOR TO DOOR
Moving between places is when people are most exposed. We provide safe, professional transport, from a single airport transfer to a multi-day journey across several countries, and we plan every trip with your security as the first priority.
What every journey includes:
• A route and timing plan agreed in advance
• Security-trained drivers who know the area
• Vehicles matched to the risk and the client
• One point of contact from start to finish
NDA available before any details are shared.

DRIVERS AND VEHICLES
The driver is the first line of protection. Ours are trained to read traffic, spot unusual behaviour and react early. The vehicle is chosen to suit the assignment. Armoured vehicles can be provided on request, after GSC assessment and if available.
Within the service:
• Security-trained, vetted drivers
• Luxury and high-specification vehicles
• Armoured vehicles on request, after GSC assessment and if available
• Close protection alongside the driver, if needed

AIRPORT TRANSFERS AND DAILY MOVEMENT
Arrivals and routines create predictable moments. We vary routes and timings where it matters, meet clients at the right point in the terminal and keep the journey simple, whether for a single visit or a daily schedule.
Within the service:
• Airport and private aviation transfers
• Meet-and-greet with a named driver
• Daily transport for executives and delegations
• Route and timing changes to avoid patterns

CROSS-BORDER JOURNEYS AND CONVOYS
Longer trips demand more than a good driver. We plan stops, border crossings and alternatives in advance, across Poland, Ukraine, the Baltic and Nordic states, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Moldova, and beyond by arrangement.
Within the service:
• Multi-day, multi-country itineraries
• Convoys for teams and delegations
• Planning for stops and border crossings
• Logistics support along the route

JOURNEYS IN HIGH-RISK AREAS
Some routes cannot be treated as routine. For travel in unstable regions we assess the route shortly before departure, set check-in procedures and prepare alternatives, so a change of conditions does not become an emergency.
Within the service:
• Route assessment before and during the trip
• Experienced crews
• Armoured vehicles on request, after GSC assessment and if available
• Check-in and communications procedures
• Evacuation and medical contingency plans
THE SERVICE: HOW IT WORKS
Each journey is planned individually. What follows is a typical outline; final scope and budget are agreed in writing once we know the passengers, the route and the risk.
What an assignment can include:
• Route planning: primary and alternate routes, stops and timings
• Drivers: security-trained and briefed for the journey
• Vehicles: high-specification; armoured on request, after GSC assessment and if available
• Transfers: airports, private aviation and hotels
• Convoys: teams, delegations and cross-border logistics
• Protection: close protection operators, where needed
• Contingency: check-ins, fallback routes and medical options
How an engagement begins:
• Step 1. A private conversation, under NDA
• Step 2. Review of passengers, route and risk
• Step 3. A written plan with scope and budget
• Step 4. The journey, under one point of contact
• Step 5. A short debrief after completion
To prepare a proposal, we ask for:
• Who is travelling, and how many
• Dates, route and countries
• Any current concerns
