Medical Evacuation and Support

MEDICAL EVACUATION

When someone in your care is ill or injured, time matters most. For clients already in Ukraine, we arrange medical transport to the right hospital in Ukraine, or evacuation to Poland or other European countries, with verified medical partners who are experienced in wartime evacuation. GSC coordinates the whole operation.

What the service covers:

• Medical transport for the sick and injured

• From anywhere in Ukraine to a hospital in Ukraine

• Evacuation out of Ukraine to Poland or other European countries

• Transfers from Poland to other European countries, case by case

• Patient handover to the receiving hospital

NDA available before any details are shared.

MEDICAL COVER

A medical team can travel with the people we protect, for a trip, a transfer or a longer stay, ready to give care on the spot and to begin an evacuation if it is needed. It works alongside the protection team, under one plan.

Within the service:

• Medical team on trips and transfers

• Medical presence during longer stays

• Care on the spot, ready to evacuate

• Planned together with close protection

HIGH-RISK AREAS

Our medical partners know wartime Ukraine: the roads, the checkpoints, the threat from drones and shelling, and medical work under those conditions. They can also operate in the zone of direct threat near the front line.

What this means in practice:

• Experience of medical work in wartime

• Can operate in the direct-threat zone

• Knowledge of roads, checkpoints, local risks

• Each deployment agreed in advance

AIR EVACUATION AND HOSPITALS

Where air transport is the right answer, we can provide an aeromedical team of medics with additional training for work on board an aircraft. Air transport within Ukraine is not currently possible, so flights are arranged from neighbouring countries or elsewhere.

Within the service:

• Aeromedical teams with specialist training

• Flights from countries neighbouring Ukraine

• Admission arranged with partner hospitals

• Contacts for continued treatment

MEDICAL TRAINING

We also arrange medical training for security teams, company staff and families who work or travel in high-risk areas, so that the first minutes of an emergency are in capable hands. Each course is adapted to your team and its environment, with the scope agreed in advance.

Within the service:

• First aid and trauma care for your staff

• Training for security and protection teams

• Preparation for travel to high-risk areas

• Courses adapted to your team and location

HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

GSC is your single point of contact: we organise the whole engagement and provide physical protection. Medical care is delivered by our verified medical partners, within the scope agreed for each assignment. Ukraine and Poland are our focus; other locations can be arranged in advance.

What the service can include:

• Medical evacuation: from Ukraine to Poland or Europe, or to a hospital in Ukraine

• Medical cover: a medical team alongside the people we protect

• High-risk areas: medical support close to the front line

• Air evacuation: aeromedical teams, outside Ukrainian airspace

• Hospital support: admission and continued treatment

• Medical training: adapted to your team and location

• One point of contact: GSC, for the whole engagement

How an engagement begins:

• Step 1. A private conversation, under NDA

• Step 2. A review of the people, places and dates involved

• Step 3. A written agreement on scope, price, dates, liability and insurance

• Step 4. A medical team and resources matched to the assignment

• Step 5. Delivery under one point of contact

To prepare a proposal, we ask for:

• Who needs to be covered

• Locations, routes and dates

• Any known medical needs
