Close Protection

PROTECTION BUILT AROUND THE PERSON

Close protection is not a show of force. It is planning, judgement and the ability to keep a principal’s day running while risk is managed out of sight. Our operators come from elite military and law enforcement backgrounds, and each assignment starts from the current threat.

What every assignment includes:

• A threat and risk assessment before deployment

• A team sized to the risk, not to a template

• One team leader, answerable to you

• A written plan, updated as conditions change

NDA available before any details are shared.

EXECUTIVE AND DIPLOMATIC PROTECTION

Business leaders and diplomats need to be seen, to travel and to meet people. We have completed over 300 executive and diplomatic protection missions, working quietly alongside assistants, hosts and corporate security teams so that the schedule stays intact.

Within the service:

• A single operator or a full protective team

• Board meetings, negotiations and site visits

• Liaison with assistants and corporate security

• A low-profile or visible posture, as required

ADVANCE WORK AND ROUTES

Most problems are solved before the principal arrives. Our advance team checks venues, routes, hospitals and fallback options at each location, so that every stop has a plan and every plan has an alternative.

Within the service:

• Venue and hotel security surveys

• Primary and alternate routes

• Nearest medical facilities and safe locations

• Coordination with venues and hosts

EVENTS AND INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

Conferences, private events and foreign trips bring crowds, media and unfamiliar ground. We plan access, arrivals and departures with the organiser, then stay with the principal door to door, in Poland, across Europe and beyond.

Within the service:

• Protection at conferences and private events

• Access and guest control

• Managed arrivals and departures

• Travel with the principal across borders

HIGH-RISK ENVIRONMENTS

Some work has to be done where conditions are unstable. Our experience in Ukraine since February 2022 shapes how we prepare: communications, fallback routes and medical cover are arranged before departure, not during an incident.

Within the service:

• Armed protection, where the law permits

• Trained drivers

• Armoured vehicles on request, after GSC assessment and if available

• Communications and check-in procedures

• Evacuation and medical contingency plans

THE SERVICE: HOW IT WORKS

Every close protection assignment is scoped individually. What follows is a typical outline; final scope and budget are agreed in writing once we understand the principal, the itinerary and the risk.

What an assignment can include:

• Risk assessment: the principal, the itinerary and the exposure

• Protective team: operators sized and briefed for the assignment

• Advance work: venues, routes and medical options

• Transport: security-trained drivers; armoured vehicles on request, after GSC assessment and if available

• Events: access, arrivals and departures

• Contingency: fallback routes, evacuation and medical plans

• Continuity: one team leader and a clear line of reporting

How an engagement begins:

• Step 1. A private conversation, under NDA

• Step 2. Review of the principal, itinerary and threat

• Step 3. A written plan with scope, budget and team

• Step 4. Deployment, under one team leader

• Step 5. Debrief and adjustments for future assignments

To prepare a proposal, we ask for:

• Who is to be protected

• Dates, places and itinerary

• Any current concerns
