Executive Travel Security in Ukraine
For CEOs, high-net-worth individuals, family offices and the people who organise their travel.

KNOW THE RISK BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Conditions in Ukraine can change quickly because of the war, so every journey starts with current information. We tell you what is happening where you plan to go, and whether the trip makes sense now.
What you can receive:
• Geopolitical reports on Ukraine and the region
• Local safety and security assessments
• Route and venue assessments
• Hostile environment training, on request
NDA available before any details are shared.

FROM POLAND INTO UKRAINE
Our Operations Centre in Warsaw and our permanent team in Ukraine work under one plan, so you deal with one team from arrival in Poland to your return. We also support journeys into Ukraine from Moldova, Romania and Slovakia, but we suggest Poland as the preferred hub.
Within the service:
• Onward planning from Warsaw, Kraków, Rzeszów, Przemyśl or other Polish cities
• Secure transport to the border and beyond
• Security-trained drivers
• Armoured vehicles on request, after GSC assessment and if available
• Route assessment shortly before departure
• Safety and security brief before entering Ukraine
• First aid and Stop the Bleed briefing
• Air alerts, and finding and using bomb shelters
Road border crossings, Poland – Ukraine:
• Dorohusk – Yahodyn
• Zosin – Ustyluh
• Dołhobyczów – Uhryniv
• Hrebenne – Rava-Ruska
• Budomierz – Hrushiv
• Korczowa – Krakovets
• Medyka – Shehyni
• Malhowice – Nyzhankovychi
• Krościenko – Smilnytsia
We choose the crossing for each journey, based on current conditions and restrictions.

KYIV, LVIV, ODESA AND BEYOND
We support travel to the cities below and to other areas we can reach safely. Because of the war, we confirm each destination only after our own internal verification. If we cannot reach a place safely, we tell you.
Where we support journeys:
• Kyiv
• Lviv
• Odesa
• Dnipro and Kharkiv
• Other areas, after internal verification

PROTECTION ON THE GROUND
The level of protection depends on the person, the programme and the current risk. Every plan takes account of the realities of a country at war.
Within the service:
• Close protection operators
• Armed protection, where the law allows
• Plans for air alerts, shelters and curfews
• Protection for families and delegations

WHEN THE SITUATION CHANGES
Every journey needs a way out. Since February 2022 we have completed over 250 evacuation missions in Ukraine, bringing more than 2,000 civilians to safety.
What we can arrange:
• Evacuation and contingency plans
• Medical cover with verified partners (optional)
• Medical evacuation to Poland or other European countries
• Medical transfer to a hospital in Ukraine, for clients already there
• 24/7 coordination from Warsaw
THE SERVICE: HOW IT WORKS
Each journey is planned individually. Final scope and budget are agreed in writing once we know the travellers, the programme and the risk. Medical cover and other additional services are always optional, and evacuation may be charged separately.
How an engagement begins:
• Step 1. A private conversation, under NDA
• Step 2. Review of travellers, programme and risk
• Step 3. A written plan with scope and budget
• Step 4. The journey, under one point of contact
• Step 5. A short debrief after completion
To prepare a proposal, we ask for:
• Who is travelling, and how many
• Dates, places and purpose of the visit
• Any current concerns
