At Global Security Centre (GSC), we’ve always believed that real security goes far beyond uniforms, protocols, or gear. It’s built on trust, knowledge of the terrain—both political and physical—and the kind of relationships that you can count on when things stop going according to plan.
That’s why we’re proud to announce the beginning of a strategic partnership with Victorson Security Group Ltd, one of East Africa’s most capable and respected security providers. Headquartered in Uganda and operating across the region, Victorson is exactly the kind of company we look to when we expand our operational network: reliable, agile, and rooted in local expertise.
After months of discussions, shared assessments, and alignment of operational values, we’ve formalised this new chapter with a Letter of Intent, outlining a wide-ranging cooperation that spans training, intelligence, field operations, and strategic consulting. It’s the start of something that, we believe, reflects the future of private security—smart, collaborative, and borderless.

Two Teams, One Standard
GSC was built on hard-earned experience in some of Europe’s most challenging operating environments. Our teams have carried out over 300 executive protection and diplomatic missions, and led over 250 evacuations—many under complex and hostile conditions, particularly since the outbreak of the war in Ukraine.
We’ve protected people when the lights went out, when borders closed, and when every hour counted. We’ve learned that real protection comes from deep preparation, real-time intelligence, and partnerships you can depend on when you're operating far from home.
Victorson Security Group has developed exactly that kind of reputation in East Africa. Whether securing infrastructure projects in remote regions, handling close protection for high-level visitors, or deploying advanced K9 teams, Victorson has shown what it means to blend professional standards with local knowledge.
They understand their terrain like we understand ours. And together, we believe we can offer our clients something rare: a consistent, reliable security presence across two continents—anchored in trust, not just contracts.
What This Partnership Covers
The signed Letter of Intent outlines eight pillars of cooperation, each grounded in practical support and operational value:
Operational RepresentationGSC will represent Victorson clients in Poland and across the EU when required. Likewise, Victorson will support GSC clients on the ground in Uganda and neighbouring countries.
Joint Security OperationsThis includes executive and close protection, mobile and static security, and even K9 deployments or security system integration, where necessary.
Training & Capacity BuildingWe’ll be exchanging instructors, running joint training sessions, and building programs in areas such as crisis response, counter-surveillance, and protective intelligence.
Evacuation & Crisis PlanningTogether, we’ll co-develop contingency and evacuation strategies, including coordinated cross-border actions in high-risk environments.
Intelligence Sharing & Threat AnalysisBoth teams will work to share real-time security intelligence and jointly produce analytical briefings and field updates where risk is evolving.
Strategic ConsultingFor international firms entering either region, we’ll offer combined advisory services to help them navigate regulatory, political, and operational risk.
Client Referrals & Co-BrandingTrusted clients referred across regions will benefit from seamless service and shared oversight, with selected co-branded operations on a case-by-case basis.
Technology & Capabilities ExchangeFrom operational software to command and control platforms, we’re looking at ways to share tools and tech that enhance field coordination.
None of this is about paper-pushing. It’s about real-world problem solving, for real-world clients.
Why Uganda? Why Now?
Some may ask why a European firm like ours is looking to East Africa. The answer is simple: because that’s where our clients are going, and where the world is turning its attention.
As Africa becomes an increasingly vital part of global supply chains, development investment, and diplomatic engagement, the demand for professional, dependable security partners is growing. And the risks—political, operational, and reputational—require more than just a checkbox approach.
We don’t believe in parachuting into unfamiliar territory. We believe in working with those who know the terrain, the culture, and the realities on the ground. Victorson is that kind of partner.
And the flip side is equally important. African clients heading into Europe—whether for business, diplomacy, or international operations—deserve the same continuity and professional coverage. That’s what we’re here to provide.
A Human-Centric Approach to Security
What makes this partnership different isn’t just the services we’re offering—plenty of companies offer similar things on paper. What makes this special is how it’s being built.
We’re not creating a franchise model. We’re not expanding for expansion’s sake. We’re building a human network—based on trust, shared standards, and mutual accountability. Our teams talk to each other. They train together. They plan together.
It’s the kind of relationship we wish every client had access to.
What Happens Next?
With the Letter of Intent and NDA now in place, we’ll be finalising a detailed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to outline operational logistics and coordination frameworks.
We’re also planning joint site visits and operational readiness exercises—first in Uganda, then in Poland—to ensure alignment not just on paper, but in the field.
In the meantime, we’re already in position to refer clients between the regions and deliver support that crosses not just borders, but expectations.
Final Thoughts: The World Is Changing—So Must We
Security today isn’t a regional affair. Our clients operate globally, and their threats don’t respect geography. That’s why partnerships like this aren’t just smart—they’re necessary.
For us at GSC, this is about future-proofing what we do. It’s about offering more to the people who trust us—whether they’re in Kyiv, Kampala, or anywhere in between.
We know that when the moment comes—when a client calls needing urgent assistance on the other side of the world—we’ll have a partner on the ground who picks up the phone, understands the urgency, and knows how we work.
That’s the kind of partnership we believe in. And we’re just getting started.
